Why do I see a padlock on some pages?
Even though we only ask for a phone number and name we use the same protection
protocols that banks and online shops use to protect credit card numbers and
send us an email
if you have a specific question.
Why can't I find my booking to edit or cancel it?
You cannot edit or cancel your booking on the same day of the booking
without calling the restaurant. If this is not the problem please report
to us, read the instructions
Why are bookings blocked after a certain date?
The restaurant is able to set a limit on the number of days they will accept a booking in
advance. If you would like to make a booking further into the future than their
'bookings page' allows you should give them a call to arrange it.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing offers?
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of
any SMS or email sent out through our software. Alternatively you can always email us at
