All online bookings made require full pre-payment to secure your booking with us on Christmas Day.
Bookings are allocated a 5 hour sitting.
Please ensure the group arrives promptly to enjoy the experience.
Unfortunately we do not offer menu alterations but we do take into consideration dietary requirements.

Tickets can be purchased online only.
If the event is unable to run as planned for any reason beyond the control of West Beach Bathers Pavilion, we will make every effort to communicate this information to all ticket purchasers.
Full Pre-Payment is required when booking/making your reservation.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the event has been cancelled.
Even though we only ask for a phone numbers and name we use the same protection protocols that the banks and online shops use to protect credit card numbers and personal details.
