To celebrate the success of our first feast and continuous partnership with Kuppibunda Kitchen and the youth rehabilitation projects we are planning on the next showcase of local Indigenous food;
Fish Traps is in honour of culture and connection to the waterways and the wealth of knowledge from local Old People.
Working closely with Brother Kieron Anderson The Quandamooka Chef to deliver a one of kind seafood menu.
Please note the menu will be strictly for guests who can eat fish and shellfish with a vegetarian/plant based menu planned for our next feast!
These dinners will happen once every month each with an entirely different menu and focus on foraged ingredients by Uncle Bruce from Murri Tukka.
Expect a unique, authentic and a completely different taste sensation paired with ancient story and personal experience.
