We are over the moon to be hosting Topher Boehm (Wildflower Brewing and Blending) & Brian Martin (Ravensworth) to Bar Romantica for the Melbourne leg of their Australia wide 'Bright Side Tour'.

When Bryan realised his vines were smoke tainted from the 2020 bushfires, he concocted a plan 'B' with Topher to turn the unwanted grapes into a series of blended beers. The result was what they called the 'Bright Side', a series expressing the 2020 harvest through five unique beers, using Wildflower Gold as a base, married with
Ravensworth grape varietals:

Bright Side: Shiraz
Bright Side: Gamay
Bright Side: Riesling
Bright Side: Viogner
Bright Side: Sangiovese

All the beers will be available by the glass/bottle on the day alongside a wine list curated by Bar Romantica for the event.

Topher and Brian will also be accompanied by Sydney chefs and close friends of Bar Romantica Enrico Tomelleri (Alberto's Lounge, ex-10 William St, Fratelli Paradiso) and Gaspar Tse (Jangling Jack's, Hotluck Club, ex-10 William St), who alongside Bar Romantica's Joseph Farrell will curate a menu to accompany and beers and wine list.
